Why Work at CMC?

Each summer we have a terrific staff. Some of our staff grew up at CMC, while while others came to us after their camper days would have ended. Our staff is made up of college students, educators, and people who just want to be up at camp.  They travel from all over the US, Canada and the world to spend their summers up in Southern California. Despite the different life experiences, interests, and nationalities, they all have one thing in common: a commitment to providing kids with the most positive, fun, and rewarding summer experience possible.

We are looking for staff who are sincerely dedicated to creating the best summer possible for a fantastic group of children. The best staff are compassionate, enthusiastic, good listeners, patient, nurturing, and trustworthy. We look for staff who are team players with leadership skills, easy-going, and know how to have fun.
